Beetroot Powder & Usage
When should I take beetroot powder?
Most people take it 30–60 minutes before exercise, since that's roughly how long it takes dietary nitrates to convert into nitric oxide. It also works fine any time of day if endurance timing isn't the goal.
Will it change the color of my urine or stool?
Betalains — the pigment that gives beets their color — can cause a harmless pink or red tint (beeturia) in some people. It's not a cause for concern.
Can I take it every day?
Yes, it's formulated for daily use. Start with a half scoop for the first few days if you're new to nitrate-rich foods, then move to a full scoop.
Does it contain caffeine?
No — the energy and endurance support comes from dietary nitrates, not stimulants.
How much beetroot powder should I take per day?
One level scoop (5g) mixed into water, juice, or a smoothie once daily. If you're new to nitrate-rich foods, start with a half scoop for the first few days — our usage guide covers timing and recipes in detail.

Do your powders contain fillers, sweeteners, or colorants?
No. Each jar contains a single botanical ingredient — no fillers, no binders, no added sugar, and no synthetic colorants. The color and flavor come entirely from the plant.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. All of our powders are plant-based and vegan friendly, and our tincture uses a vegetable glycerin base rather than alcohol or animal-derived ingredients.
